How We Make Money
ProcedureFinder earns revenue through three channels:
- Per-lead clinic referrals. When you request to be matched with clinics, verified providers in your metro pay us a referral fee. We do not match based on highest-paying provider; we match based on procedure, location, and your request criteria.
- Featured clinic subscriptions. Verified clinics can purchase featured placement on procedure and metro pages, clearly labeled. Featured placement does not affect cost ranges, evidence statements, or editorial coverage.
- Affiliate partnerships with patient financing providers, diagnostic services, telehealth clinics, and longevity programs. We earn a commission when you click through our links and become a customer. See full partner list below.
Editorial Independence
Our affiliate partnerships have zero influence on our cost data, evidence ratings, regulatory status disclosures, or comparative recommendations. We will cover negatives about affiliate partners and positives about non-affiliate competitors with equal rigor.
For example: we maintain an affiliate relationship with Prenuvo, but our coverage of full-body MRI prominently includes the American College of Radiology's caution that whole-body MRI is not recommended as routine screening, and our Prenuvo vs Ezra comparison treats both equally. Per-Lead Referrals to Clinics
When you submit a lead form on a procedure or cost page, we match your request with 2-4 verified clinics in your metro who pay us a per-lead fee (typically $35-$180 depending on procedure and metro).
Match scoring prioritizes (1) procedure match, (2) geographic proximity, (3) verification status, and (4) clinical credentials. Featured listing and rating play tiebreaker roles. We never sell your contact information to non-matched parties.
