What we collect

When you request to be matched with clinics, we collect your name, email, phone (optional), the procedure you're researching, your metro area, and your stated timeframe and financing interest. We log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, referrer) for fraud prevention and analytics.

How we use it

We share your request with 2-4 verified clinics that match your procedure and metro. We may also send you relevant follow-up information about your researched procedure and partnered financing providers. We do not sell your information to data brokers.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, request deletion, or opt out of follow-up communication at any time by emailing privacy@procedurefinder.com.

HIPAA note

ProcedureFinder is not a covered entity under HIPAA. We do not collect protected health information beyond the procedure you self-identify as researching. Health-related communication with clinics after matching falls under each clinic's own privacy policies.
